Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contains your tracking information. If you haven’t received tracking info within 5 days, please contact us.
For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Great tripod, especially for the price. Well made, but it is for the phone!!! And shooting mainly indoors, the wind can overturn. Camera and small camera will hold, but it's at your risk, the tripod is very light. Included a phone holder, and a keychain for Bluetooth connection. I ordered two pieces at once, so both key fobs connected with the phone Redmi Note 11 Pro 5G without any problems. On the keychains there are two buttons that send teams "louder", "quieter", which start filming (if you have a different way, look in the phone settings). Very convenient. You can put several phones and run each with your keychain. The tripod copes with its task at all 100% and works out every penny. Recommend! To work with the camera, it's better to look for something more serious.

The tripod is cool, the product is very decent, the racks are aluminum, the hinge is metal, there is a level. Its real price is clearly higher. The remote is working. Delivery is unrealistically fast-4 days.
